Sounds like they wired it overloading a breaker and it keeps flipping off.. They are wired by the comapany for a reason.... I never seen a four season hous until 2005 but I have seen how they are built and what I have seen they were pretty good..
Brass water valves cheap chinese crap, snapped apart first year flooding kitchen. Had to replace the "kiddie toilets" (only 12" from floor to seat) with adult toilets (now 17" to seat). Quality windows installed incorrectly, leak around the frames.

The stainless steel sink in the kitchen rusted and the sinks in the bathrooms were chipped and rusted before we moved in. The vinyl floors had staples that worked there way up thru the vinyl before we even moved in as well. The guy they sent to replace the floor vinyl and repair the bad staples was nothing short of grossly incompetent. After he was finished we striped the vinyl he replaced and then repaired the bad staples, we then replace the entire vinyl floor covering in the house. After all of our complaining the only thing we were ever able to get the manufacture act on was the floors.

The problems we encountered were not with the quality of a Four Seasons Home but with the dealership and their set up crew. Since we purchased a basement set home they were suppose to use a special roll on system but the company didn't have the roll on system but used someother method. At time of purchse we had a contingency clause not to order home until current home was sold but the dealership ordered it anyway and kept it on their lot. Before delivery of home, we were also lied to about the status of our home delivery and all the time it was on their lot for months and items were stripped from the home for others.

Within the first two years is the following. The guy we hired to replace the shingles said that our roof was the worst shingle job he had ever seen or heard of. We had to pay a contractor to repair all the drywall seams in the house.

Unit because fo the amount of water that was building up in the belly plastic . Had to call an electrician out a couple of times because when they rerouted some wire in the breaker box and we didnt have power in 1/2 of the house a couple of times. Im sure there are more problems that i forgot about but these are the ones that stick out in my mind. I'm going tohave to contact hud and get their take on this problem with the water in the duct system Robert Reynolds Holden Mo.
I recently relplaced the carpeting, but it was almost 20 years old and I have big dogs so it got a lot of use. The siding still looks nice, but I use house wash every year to remove oxydation and dirt. I've never had a problem with the furnace or the water system.

Easy to heat and cool, Very well made, no problems with anything. “I am so thankful to be part of this loving Community and neighborhood. We arrived here 3 years ago, my husband’s sisters followed us here shortly thereafter, and my daughter and her husband are looking forward to a future here at some point.
