We purchased and paid cash for a Four Seasons Home throught Morgan Hunter Homes and a local real easte company. It has been 8 months and the house still cannot be lived in. There are 3 broken floor support beams, the siding is buckeling, the foundation was not done properly,the interior walls continue to crack as the house sits there. We noticed that the bigger bedroom in the closet was coming apart where they put the home together. I also noticed in where the living room and kitchen join together, who ever painted did a bad job.

We would never buy and wish we would have never bought this house. I have never seen such shoddy construction,that includes the on site crew. We have a 28x68 Four Seasons home,3 bed., 2 baths.
I purchased a Four Seasons Home in 1998 in northern Wisconsin. I am very pleased with the quality of this house, and I have only had minor problems. One of the windows did leak after two years and the skylight in the bathroom also had to be replaced after five years.
You may want to check with your state authorities for guidance. I bought a 24x48 double-wide in 1997 and I love it. It heats with a match and it gets cold up here. I have not had any trouble with the roof or any part of the house for that matter.
They’re spacious, well lighted and include an abundance of quality cabinetry. Many provide kitchen islands, ceramic accents, walk-in pantries and convenient pull-out shelves. Within the first two years is the following. The guy we hired to replace the shingles said that our roof was the worst shingle job he had ever seen or heard of. We had to pay a contractor to repair all the drywall seams in the house.
